Delivery Policy


We will endeavour to process and deliver all orders within a timely fashion, however during peak seasons order turnaround may be slightly delayed. You will be kept informed of your order status via email.

All parcels are sent with Royal Mail. If in the unlikely instance your parcel goes missing please check with your local sorting office to make sure they aren’t holding onto your parcel.

If you have received your Order Confirmation Email but your products have not arrived within a timely manner, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Note that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or when the weather is particularly inclement please allow additional days before raising a query.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 days of an order being received, please note at busy times this may increase slightly.

All Subscription orders are sent via Royal Mail and are shipped to mainland UK for free. For non UK subscription orders our standard delivery is free and will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class. You can upgrade to First Class Royal Mail delivery for an additional set fee of £0.99, (there is no limit to number of products per order).

Once you have received your dispatch notification we cannot cancel your order, so please check all orders carefully before placing them. This includes making changes to delivery addresses or shipping methods.
